About this service

Starting right after defining the project idea with the client, in the opportunity assessment the specific project circumstances are integrally analyzed and matched with successful cultivation options. The purpose of the opportunity assessment is to determine the content and preconditions for the Land⁺ System. In general, the question is answered: what does the Land+ system look like given the specific circumstances and which benefits can be expected for the local population, the environment & climate and business? The results of an opportunity assessment are thoroughly documented in an integral cultivation and business plan, for the client and for potential investors.

Service aspects

In practice, the opportunity assessment starts with a brief desk study, followed by formulation of a detailed visit program in the project country. After the field visit, there will be a closing phase to complete any missing data. After that, the integral cultivation and business plan is elaborated or a project proposal is written.
