In many projects we are responsible for the technical implementation. The technical project leader so to speak. We coordinate all technical actions in practice: studies, fieldwork, training, certification (FSC/VCS), monitoring, daily management and market research and make sure the best results are achieved. We will not take the role of Coordinating beneficiary in projects (the organisation that submits the proposal).
