Do you like to start your own project?

In acknowledgement of its own roots FSG promotes initiatives for new international project development. We offer special services to individuals and organizations from around the world who wish to start up their own project but seek guidance and support, as well as zero financial risk.

We offer the following free services for some of our clients (like small NGO's):

  • Further development of project ideas
  • Supporting project starters with methodologies (e.g. local partner identification)
  • Elaboration of full project proposals
  • Identifying and contacting International Aid Donors
  • Submitting and updating project proposals
  • Access to FSG project and business database

FSG conditions

The services mentioned are free of charge independent of whether we succeed in finding donors. However, part of this no-cure-no-pay service is that FSG consultants fulfill a role in the project once funding has been secured. Disclaimers:

You idea should at least match the following major criteria:

1.The project must be socially acceptable and necessary. The project must be born by local people and the project must be a necessity.
2.The project must be technically and organizationally feasible.
3.The project must be financially feasible. All projects are planned and scrutinized according to commercial (self-supporting) principles.

Some other issues:

  • We will never use your idea for our own benefit or future plans without your strict permission. The idea stays with us and will only go elsewhere when we both agree on this.
  • We decide, on the basis of the proposed idea, whether we can take it on for further development or not.
  • FSG teammembers do not take part in the boards of organizations.
  • The larger development organizations, commercial companies, or other consulting agencies cannot utilize this system; this system has been especially developed for (new) organizations with limited financial means.
